So since the PayPal customer service phone number won’t let you talk to a real person due to the virus I need help from someone on here. So when I first signed up on here I didn’t know what I was doing so on accident I signed up for a business account without knowing and I make music so I withdrew money from my distrokid bank and it only gave me the PayPal option so i signed up and now when I try to keep my money on my PayPal to spend cause I don’t have a bank it won’t let me because I have to show some form of government id I tried my birth certificate but they didn’t allow that and I tried that cause I don’t have a drivers license Or passport so is there any fix for this plz help - god bless
