I cant Re-Link My Bank Account After got Rejected when Withdraw some Money

I have a problem here

I was Withdraw some Money

and got Rejected, i know why i got rejected (my name different between my bank account and paypal account)

After that, My Bank Account was Automatically Removed from my Paypal

I want to Re-Link it, but i cant

it said "we're sorry, we're not able to process you request right now, please try again later"

this is what i already try to slove this problem:

1. Wait

    I already wait for 2 days now, and still cannot Re-Link my bank account

2. Try Link Another Bank Account

    I tried Link my Old and Inactive Bank account, and it Link Perfectly ( daheck?????, why an Inactive account can Link, Meanwhile my Active Bank            account cannot link)

3. Try Link it to Another PayPal Account

    I tried it and still cannot Link

Why this is Happen???

Is my Bank Account got BANNED????

If it was rejected because the name doesn't match the one on your paypal account then you can't re-link it again.

Here are some common issues you might encounter when linking a bank account:

• The bank account must be a bank registered in your own country.
• The bank account can’t be linked to more than one account at a time.
• The bank account can't be linked if it has already been linked to 3 previous PayPal accounts.
• The name on the bank account must match the name on the PayPal account.

Thats my new Bank Account, just made like... 2 week ago That bank account only link to 1 paypal account I never link it to another paypal account
