I cannot verify my email address - does not send confirmation email

I have tried to verify my primary email and when I do it says it has sent an email but I do not see it anywhere - not in junk, deleted, inbox, etc. 

 

I added a second email to see if that would help, but the second email has the same problem. 

 

I have no way to verify the email and as a result it seems I cannot manage my account properly, since I use a username and another site I am trying to link uses only email address to verify the account.
