So i tried logging into my paypal with my phone, and it required me my phone num all of a sudden, the problem is my phone number does not receive messages from paypal for some reason, i typed a bunch of random numbers out of frustration and now i cant access it through the app, it just says sorry we cant confirm it was you , any help? Note that i can log in from anywhere else, this only happens on my current phone Edit.: it logged me off of all my other devices with the same message, sorry we cant confirm it was you , and i dont have money to call an international line

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
