Paypal sent me a message asking me to confirm my address. I responded with a paper verifying the address I live in. Paypal replied that he needed additional information as it appears in the image.
The problem is that when you click on the attached link there is no place to upload the address verification file, but it appears in front of me that I will be answered within two or three days as in the pictures knowing that I have not sent the file yet and that this problem has existed since...
I hope you help me find a solution to this problem, due to which all of my work has been discontinued and all amounts have been held in my account.
