I cannot access my account and I do not know why (help needed ASAP)

Hello,
My name is Tyreik <removed>. I had my PayPal account for a few years. I changed my phone number a few weeks and was able to access my account just fine from both my phone and my computer. However, for some reason, I am being prompted with a security check screen for "unusual activity" when I have not received any emails regarding issues with my account, and when I enter my number for verification, it says my name is not registered when it is the same number provided in my account settings. I used to have this problem when trying to transfer money to my debit card and now I can no longer access my account. I need help as soon as possible because I am trying to access my money.
