I cannot link my bank account to verify my paypal account. The system is telling me constantly that there was a failure and it could not process it at the time. I messaged the help and they said to try again in 48 hours, because I had done multiple tries. But I had the error on the first try, and I've had this issue countless times before. Is there any way to fix this? I have never been able to use paypal for invoices, etc. because of this.
