I can't login my account to edit bank info

Hi comunity, i can't login my Paypal account to edit bank info and received payment. everytime I login, it require me upload photo ID but all i got is this message

I have tried to call for help but it said that I need enter a code... 😞 

Please help me. Thank you.

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
