When i created my account years ago, i accidentally made my account business account.
Paypal limited my account because i need to provide:
1. ID
2. Business Information
3. Business Address
Note:
My account is fully verified.
I never used my account on any transactions .
There are no disputes or claims associated with the account.
I tried closing my business account and yet PayPal informs me that i need to provide necessary informations first.
Whenever i tried to contact PayPal that i can't provide any of the business informations because i don't have business to begin with.
They still want me to provide business information before i can close my account.
Is this a dead end? I contacted them via email 5x already and still same answers.
