I can't call Paypal hotline

When i try calling the number on the CALL US. Automated voice response kept saying there is no One time passcode on the number i gave. When i enter my number they say it is not registered to any account. Wtf is wrong with their Automated response

Try editing and removing the swearing, you may then get help.

Sorry. I am just **bleep** off with the automated voice respsonse. It is like they dont want to be called.
