Click on profile, icon next to log in > notifications in the blue band at the top > is the email address or number correct in there? If not you can edit it.
The email was correct so I added my cell number to see if THAT works! Thanks!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
