I actually feel really irritated about my current situation, my phone got spoilt and because I didn't log into my PayPal account for a while I got an account limitation, now I can't even verify my number or Email bcuz it all boils down to the same thing "sorry we can't recognize you" I'll really appreciate if this could be resolved because I also hv my card linked to the PayPal account
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
