How to cancel my bank card on my cancellation account?

I used my email to register PayPal before, but I cancelled my account, this account i add a credit card. After that, I registered a new PayPal account, used the same email, but i can’t add my credit card! The notification said my credit card has been added to another account. But that account I have cancelled, how can i add my credit to my new PayPal account? Thanks!

did you remove your card before closing the other account?

if not then you can't use it.

you would need to contact customer services and see if they are able to remove it for you.

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
