I am not actively using my PayPal account and want to freeze it until I need it again. I am concerned about fraudulent charges draining my bank account while the account is inactive. It is not a subscription, I want to just make it where no one can charge my account for a few months. Is this possible without closing the account? I've searched but can't find an answer on this.
