I need to re-route a package because my buyer neglected to tell me she had a new address.
My zip is currently listed in PP as 14886. My complete zip code is 14886-9005. I am unable to re-route a package through the USPS website because it does not recognize it as the same zip code of origin. I purchased my label through PayPal, and I know it's a 3rd party processing it, however--it pulls the info from my PayPal Profile and that I am unable to modify.
I need to modify my zip code in my PayPal profile so that it matches the USPS requirement.
