Hi Folks - What is the new 'Needs Attention' flag?

Hi Folks

I recently received a payment (someone bought something from me) and the incoming payment is flagged 'NEEDS ATTENTION' as per the image.

I've been with Paypal for 18 years, never seen that before

When I drill in to see what needs attention, there is no indicator, so how do I know what, eactly, needs attention?

To get rid of the "Needs Attention" nonsense, go to the "Add Tracking Information" or "Edit Tracking Number" link. When you get there, click on the box that says, "Tracking information not required" Once you click that box, the "Needs Attention" will disappear.
