Hi hopefully someone can help me as I am finding it hard to actually contact pay pal itself, I am currently trying to set up my pay pal account however it won't let me confirm my identity unless I have a bank statement or something, although up until now I have been under my parent's name and have never received a bank statement or anything like that, is there any other way I can confirm my identity? Would my payslip work? Or maybe my driver's license?
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
