Why can't I close my account although I followed all the intrucstion. PayPal just tell me there ís have problem anh I don't what is the problem?. I have already removed the bank account and my card. But its still happen a problem.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
