After 16 years of being a very happy PayPal customer suddenly I am asked to verify my name. 16 years ago I made a mistake and put my town and my name together, have tried over the years to chnge it but not allowed. NOW even though have sent proof of identity because the town is in my name as above I have been locked out. What do I do as we use PayPal to shop online for groceries etc.
