I forgot my password to my old PayPal account. And when I go to change, I’m sent a code to my email. I type the code in then it asks to send a text to me. But since I made this (other) account a long time ago I don’t have the same phone number. So I cannot change the password. And all PayPal customer service did was tell me to do that I already did. Is there a way I can fix this?
