Forget password, phone number changed

Hello,

I have forgotten my Papal account password. I tried to use tips to log in but failed.

Papal sent code to email, I used but then it required code through phone again.

The problem is that the phone number I registered is now changed because my country changed pre-code of phone (first 4 digits)

Therefore I can not receive code through phone number. And also can not receive phone call from Paypal.

What Can I do to recover my papal account?

Require phone number is really frustrated. Because phone number system is sometime changed in my country. Then I forget to update it in account. Some many account I do not use it frequently.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues logging in to your PayPal account. Please call our customer service so they can assist you with gaining access to your account. You can locate the number by going to www.paypal.com and clicking Contact at the bottom of the page.

Not yet solved. As I wrote, my country code changed therefore I can not use registered phone number to contact Paypal. I am using different account to raise my concerns. The lost one account:<removed> I think I have some balance in that account Thanks
