Okay, I have a few issues. Excuse my language, I am extremely annoyed.
1) Paypal is forcing me to log onto a business account instead of a personal one
2) I can't change my account type
3) I can't **bleep**ing email and they're expecting me to be okay with calls
4) I can't even close my account
5) I do not want a business account and I never wanted one. When I tried to skip the "make a business account" page, it just reloaded the page. Do not come at me saying "a business account isn't bad" because Paypal takes a portion/a bigger portion of your money if it is a business account.
6) There are certain things I can't do on the app for my personal account that I COULD on the website for my personal account.
7) When I try and click "help", I can't find what I'm looking for
