I have gone around in circles on this site and tried to get in contact with HELP from Paypal.
Their call center in TW is closed due to COVID.
The "leave a message" circles around to answers that do NOT help me.
I need an actual service rep to check what is up with my account and fix it.
Can someone at PAYPAL contact me to reset this glitch or something?
I have an e-mail address for work that I cannot use now. I tried to set up a NEW business account with that same address and it says I can't.
I'm locked out of the account. HELP!
