Hi Pay pal assistant, the issue with my account is that a friend of mine has used my email address and other personal data to create a Paypal account as U.S resident whereas I'm a mauritian. i'm currently facing difficulties to retrieve the credits from that account as there are three Security check that can't be skipped. Please help.
