Email notice of "new Logon" when I run a Quicken update

I get an email notice of a new logon when I run a Quicken update. This was an issue in September 2019 and went away in October 2019. Now it is back today 12/-16-2019. The message says in part
Note I do not use Firefox so this must be a Quicken server.
"
New Login to PayPal
We noticed a new login with your PayPal account associated with xxxredactedxx.com from a device we don't recognize.
Firefox OS X
December 16, 10:48 AM PST
If this wasn’t you, please change your password immediately and review your account for unauthorized activity."
