Hi, I recently created a paypal with my main email address, and when attempting to add my secondary address was told it was already attached to a different account. So thinking I had made a different account in the past, I attempted to log in. Was successful with the new password function, but found that this was not my account. This was an account someone had used my email to create. I cannot delete my email, or phone number, nor can I close the account. Luckily there is no bank information or payments on here. What do I do? Is there anything I can do? There are 10 alternate emails connected to this account that this person could use to log back in.
