Hello! I live in China but I'm not a Chinese citizen. Today I wanted to create a paypal account but since I'm not a Chinese citizen, the new Paypal system denied me the privilege of creating an account. It needs Chinese name written in characters not pinyin, it also needs Chinese national Identity number which I do not have. To solve this problem, I tried to use my country and added a phone number I was using while I was in my country and honestly speaking, I do not have access to that number either. Since I now live in China,I cannot access the paypal account I have just created because I'm required of entering a code set by paypal to the cellphone for phone verification and I technically do not have access to that phone number since I've been living in China for more than two years now. How can you help me with this situation?
