I've been trying to confirm my stupid identity all day, I have bills to pay I dont know why this had to happen today of all days.

Even im having this issue i can't even do purchases/take money out of my paypal due to this dumb problem they need to remove. its not even a security measure/protection is literally just making it annoying to do anything with this damn service. honestly deciding if i should go back to cashapp its been 2-3 days since it started for me and not even paypal them self's have a way to fix it called them and he said "Wait 24 hours" i waited 2 days and its still **bleep**ed up

You gotta use the online chat thing and they'll send you a request to reset your password, then you have to send a picture of your id
