My nephew (17) is an artist and recently sold a painting internationally and opened a paypal account in order to accept payment. He did not know that personal accounts could accept payment, and now he cannot transfer or spend his paypal balance. How would we go about closing his account? I do not want him to lose his money (roughly 80USD). Should we link his bank account to transfer the funds over? He doesn't seem able to transfer money to a different account.
