Hi, This is <removed> I revcevied an emil to my registered email address that somebody tried to link a credit card to my account. As I am not a credit card holder so pleae close this paypal account at the earliest as I am unable to close it. Thank You
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
