Changing EIN - Fiscal Sponsorship

I have been going back and forth with paypal for a few months about changing our EIN (we are a nonprofit). We are under a new fiscal sponsor and I submitted all of my documents (IRS determination letter, Business License with our DBA entity name, w9, fiscal sponsorship letter). I keep getting representatives replying back and it's clear they have not read the previous messages or looked at the uploaded documents. I have to keep repeating myself and the situation. I have uploaded all my documents at least 3 times now and I still keep getting representatives that are responding without looking at the claim. One last representative even said that the IRS document EIN is the same as the one on our giving fund page and they are absolutely not! Are representatives not trained to check details? I don't understand what is taking so long. We have donors waiting to give and this is affecting our organization, especially right now during Covid. Is there any other way to escalate this so I can get a supervisor on my claim that is consistent to solve this issue? This is so ridiculous to me.
