Changed my primary Email address - what happens to the recurring payments that I make?

Hi there

I changed my primary email address for Paypal (and no longer have the email I was using but I do have another different back-up email address in my Paypal settings).  I automatically make recurring payments to 3 "merchants" for services, and need to know do I have to tell them that I changed my Email address for Paypal?
