I tried to link my bank account number to my papal account but it refuse to work due to differences in the name of my pay pal and bank account name, i have severally request for change of names which i was asked to opt out and send my document, i sent my international passport but after sending my document i never get any email nor message on how to edit and change my name.
If you have applied for a name change then they will only do so if you have a minor typo of 2 letters OR for legal reasons.
If its for legal reasons then any documents you upload must show that the name on your paypal account IS your legal name OR has been legally change from the one on your paypal account to a new one.
You can just change a fake name or nickname.
