Change my first name of paypal

Hey guys , my brother made me this PayPal account and mistakenly he put his name instead of mine but all details card address and all is mine is there a way to fix this without taking forever?

Unfortunately paypal will only change the name on a personal account if its for a minor typo OR legal change ie marriage.

They won't change it from one person to another which basically you are asking for.
