I cannot seem to use paypal as a payment method for Google Play Store. When I try to add it on the play store app, it says it cannot because there is not credit or debit card linked to the account with the error code OR-PPLT-04, even though there is a card linked to the account, and I was able to link paypal to my apple id account (which also requires a card). When I go online to try linking it from play.google.com, I get a different error saying "There was a problem with linking your PayPal account. Please try again or use a different payment method. [OR-IMPRS-01]". Any idea why? Thanks!
