Cannont Close my account

Good day everyone.

im having an issue with CLosing my account from PayPal.

so i had negative Balance on paypal and i've payed that off. Now i want to close my account cause i'm not able to use my bank account via paypal for some Reason. So but there's an issue. It says "There's something that needs to be resolved. Please contact customer service, and we'll help you with it."
and i don't know what the issue is. Maybe u guys will know and i would be happy to listen to all the Reply's:

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
