Can't take ma money ?

Hello, i have problem with sending and withdrawing money. Have some money on PayPal, and can't do nothing with it. Cant send money, and can't link a card , becouse i think that from some reason, my nationality on PayPal iz UnitetStates. I'm not from US, i am from Serbia. Also, when i wan't to send money to someone, PP, request from me veryfication, for which is needed SSN and something similars. I don't have that numbers, i provide only pictrure of my ID. Please help ?

If you are in Serbia then why did you open a U.S paypal account???

A U.S paypal account will never work for you and is basically useless to you.

You need to remove any bank accounts or cards linked to it (if you can, may not be able to) and then close it (again only if you can do that) and then open one in your own country.

The funds I fear are lost to you so i would tell the 'senders' to open a dispute to get them back again and then send to your Serbian account when you have opened one.

No don,t listen to those 2 they obviously work for ebay You can file a complaint with yhe FTC for unfair and deceptive business practices and if you feel you have been segregated because of your nationality like they did to me file a discrimination complaint at your local commission against discrimination. The fact is paypal closes thousands of accounts for no reason they just recently lost a 4 million dollar lawsuit for it in California you should google it. And yet still these thieves have not learned. I think they target minorities mostly the biggots that they are.

Work for Ebay? How original...............not.

Why not hang around here and give some good advice for a change and then when they make you an advisor we can turn around and accuse you of working for ebay or paypal as well, how about that?

And there is nothing discrimatory about it, Paypal is NOT a bank, it is a payment processor and can only supply the services that each countries banks / governments allow it to offer, that is why paypal varies A LOT country to country and why you have to open a paypal account in the country that you reside in.

Your advice telling them to ignore us would encourage folks to open paypal accounts in the U.S when they were not in the U.S and then they would have no access to withdraw their funds, so you are advising folks to be ripped off are you?

You obviously work for paypal. According to thier limitations dept they are a bank there also registered as one in My state. If you realy wanted to help people you would advise them to file formal complaints with the BBB,FTC,Division Of Banks, Attorney General's Office, And if the felt discriminated against the EEOC. And well of course small claims court and dont forget to send them to screwpaypal.com or my new site fucpaypal.com where they will find some real resources. Tata sellout
