Can't recover my account (We're sorry we can't confirm it's you)

So I sent the money to my second paypal account  I created, because it wouldn't let me pay for some reason... And I think I created the account too fast, and I typed my password wrong, so know I don't remember what is it, I know the password but I misspelled a letter/number. So when I try to recover it it doesn't let me, I type my gmail, and it says We're sorry we can't confirm it's you. They don't even send me a confirmation to the email... I need help cause there is like 30 euros stuck, and I'm really **bleep**, I want my account/money back. And I sent it via friends and family, so I can't refund it. Please help, and thanks!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
