Can't login with right passwords

So I just activated security code on my mobile, and I logged out to test it. I entered the password, code that I got on my mobile and it takes me to the same login page. Help!

From what I can tell it is just broken, I've used the security code for a while, but I am unable to login for the past few minutes, keep getting redirected back to login page after entering security code

Exactly the same issue here. 

Enter Password.

Recieve Security Code.

Enter Security Code on screen.

Press Enter.

Back To 'Enter Password' screen.

This has been happening for me for the past 5 hours.
