Can't login, know my password and have 2FA

Hello

 

I am unable to login to my account (not this one).

I know my password, I have 2 forms of 2FA and they are both working fine. 

 

Every time I try to log in I get sent back to the login page with a message:

"We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact customer service for more help, or try logging in again."

I can't call because the phones are down due to Covid
I can't message customer service, because I can't login...

I have tried different browsers and resetting my computer.
