Can't login due to my cell #

Hello, I was asked to add my cell #, I'm from Costa Rica, since I added it I was supposed to receive a code but never did and now, I can't log in to my account, what can I do now? Thanks

If you are in Costa Rica then you should have opened a Costa Rican account as a U.S one probably won't work for you.

You would need to add a U.S phone to a U.S paypal account.
