I have 2 bank accounts, I tried to connect both but the same error appears, even trying to put only the last 14 digits.
"The information you entered is incorrect. Please check your information and try again"
After some research I saw that not having the same information between the bank account and Paypal account could pose some problem, my 2 bank accounts have a name in addition that I did not put on Paypal, Could this make this connection problem?
I sincerely hope that I can transfer that money quickly.
I tried to call Paypal unfortunately impossible to join them because of the coronavirus.
I tried to contact Paypal by email, but I’m redirected to a page that says they can’t confirm my identity.
I really don’t know what to do, so I turn to you, hoping you can help me.
