Can't get Paypal to change a business name.

Months ago I advised Paypal that my existing business name had been deregistered and gave them a new name along with all the relevant documentation.

I've had no response from them since.

Would it be easier to start a new account with the new name and cancel the old one as they don't seem to be cooperating?
