I removed my 2FA (to change from Google authenticator to Aegis) from PayPal settings. Still, it is a asking for code each time I login and I'm not able to register the new 2fa app. It just shows and error message

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
