Can't Log In

I am currently in Pakistan. I was in Sultanate of Oman before this. 
I have been maintaining my PayPal account for long; I was able to log in while I shifted back to Pakistan (back in April); and today; when I tried to log in; it is giving me a message that "Sorry! We couldn't confirm it is you."

 

I don't know what the issue is; any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you

Paypal is not available or supported in Pakistan.

Hi, 
      Thank you! You are correct, I am learning the hard way 🙂
      I believe what happened was that I updated my local number and it just simply stopped me from logging in; can you advice; how I can log in and change my number back again. Thank you
