I have a problem trying to downgrade my business account back into my personal as I was setting it up initially but decided to change my mind. I then refreshed to get back to the main dashboard, then go to settings and press close. It takes me to this.
I am looking to downgrade and not entirely close it.
Any advice on this? Thanks.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
