Blocked Paypal Account

Hello, I received money to my paypal account and I was trying to transfer them to my bank account. I couldn`t. Then PayPal blocked my account due to "unusual activity"and they "couldn't confirm it was me". Now I can't login, because I don't remember the answers to the security questions and that is the only option. I`m the only one who is using this account and I always login through my phone with fingerprint or through my laptop I don't understand how they can't confirm it was me, this was before the security questions. What can I do to fix this?  I will be very glad if someone has suggestions!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
