I tried 3 times to verify the security check with text massage, it said verified, updating information, then it went to the verification screen again. Did it work? I don't know. Because it verified 3 times, I hope I don't get 3 debt cards now.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
