I transposed my birth month, day and year after trying to move money into my PayPal account and was locked out. How do I get this fixed? When I try the Resolution Center I am blocked. There is no way I can communicate with PayPal and they don't tell anyone what is going on. I get the feeling PayPal doesn't want customers bothering them with square-peg-in-round-hole-problems. When I called them I gave up after 40 minutes on hold. Thanks.
