Account Missing Information Glitch

Hello

There is a glitch with PayPal notifications it seems'

-After joining PayPal and logging in I receive  a notification stating that there is some account information missing

_ The information missing is my date of birth

- Even after me changing my date of birth and clicking 'save and continue' the notification error still persists

Can anybody advise what i should do next to solve this problem?
